We are proud of the successful completion of EU-funded Technical Assistance 'Development and Maintenance of Environmental Information System' (EuropeAid/123041/D/SER/TR/BIS) project in consortium with TRASYS S.A. and EPSILON Int. This project has been funded by EC within 'The National Pre-Accession Financial Assistance Programme for Turkey 2005' and the beneficiary is the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. The main aim of the project is to enable Turkey to achieve a high level of environmental protection and compliance with the EU access to environmental information and reporting directives. Following the successful completion of the EU-funded TA Project 'Development and Maintenance of the Environmental Information System (EIS)', a Project Closure Meeting and Ceremony have been organised at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MoEF). Sector Manager from the Delegation of the European Commission to Turkey, Head of Foreign Relations and EU Department, Head of IT Department, Project Team of MoEF and other executives from the MoEF who contributed to the accomplishment of the EIS Project honoured the Project Closure Meeting with their participation. The consortium led by Royal Haskoning (NL), in partnership with KMO Information Systems (TR) has been AWARDED in the EU funded Technical Assistance for Implementation of REACH Regulation project (EuropeAid/ 129602/D/SER/TR).

The consortium led by IBF International Consulting (BE) in partnership with Center for Research in Lifelong Learning (UK), DAAD (DE), IFOA (IT), KARE (TR), KMO Bilgi Sistemleri (TR) and Technopolis Manpower Development SA (GR) has been short-listed in the EU funded “Technical Assistance for Promotion of Life Long Learning” project (EuropeAid/128112/D/SER/TR).

The consortium led by GDSI Limited (IE) in consortium with AETS – Application Europeene de Technologies et de Services (FR), Fomento del Trabajo Nacional (ES), Corporate Solutions S.A. (ES) and KMO Information Systems (TR) has been short-listed in the EU funded “Technical Assistance for Empowering SME's for Networking and Inter-Regional Cooperation” project (EuropeAid/128610/D/SER/TR).

The consortium led by Sogeti Luxembourg – Group Capgemini (LU) in consortium with KMO Information Systems Ltd. (TR), JVL Consulting (BE) and TAU Consultora Ambiental (ES) has been short-listed in the EU funded “Technical Assistance and Data Collection for Strengthening the Statistical Capacity of the MARA” project (EuropeAid/126924/D/SER/TR).

In this context, implementation of ISMS based on ISO/IEC 27001 standards are being executed with provision of comprehensive guidance and consulting services. KMO’s senior and highly experienced team of experts together with well established Information Security Management System implementation methods and templates ensure successful execution of the project.

The EU funded “TA for Preparation of Border Surveillance Area Survey in Turkey” project (EuropeAid/127552/D/SER/TR) has been executed between 03/2010-10/2010 and successfully completed. KMO was part and local partner of the consortium led by IBF International Consulting (BE), ICMPD-International Centre for Migration Policy Development (AT), KMO Information Systems (TR), FAA Holding GmbH (AT), AEI-Agency for European Integration and Economic Development (AT) .
