The consortium led by IBF International Consulting (BE) in partnership with Center for Research in Lifelong Learning (UK), DAAD (DE), IFOA (IT), KARE (TR), KMO Bilgi Sistemleri (TR) and Technopolis Manpower Development SA (GR) has been short-listed in the EU funded “Technical Assistance for Promotion of Life Long Learning” project (EuropeAid/128112/D/SER/TR).
