5th Steering Committee Meeting of the project “TA for Upgrading ICT Services of TurkStat” was held on January 18th 2017. SPO Enver Taştı, Contracting Authority Contract Manager Bahadır Alacalı, Head of IT Department of TurkStat and Project Leader Murat Tunçel, EU Delegation Task Manager Deniz Atasoy and Selen Akses, Project Key Experts, TUIK Project team and Team Leader Meltem Kocamustafaoğulları participated the meeting. Participants were informed and evaluations were made about completed, ongoing and future activities of the project.

Closure Event of the project “Technical Assistance on Management Information System (MIS) for the implementation of Regional Competitiveness Operational Programme (RCOP)” was held on September 27th, 2016. SRER Murat Altun, Operation Coordination Unit Director Erhun Giray Tuncay, Team Leader Murat Yucat, KE2 Selda Düzgünoglu, KE3 Ali Özeren, Project Director Kemal Kocamustafaogullari and IPA experts attended the meeting.

KMO is short-listed in the tender for “Technical Assistance for Training of Staff on the Spot Controls (OTSC), Risk Evaluation and IACS Software" project referenced EuropeAid/137910/IH/SER/TR in a consortium with AlmavivA- The Italian Innovation Company SpA (IT).

We nearly approached the end of 3rd interim period of the European Union project called "Technical Assistance for Upgrading Information and Communication Technologies Services of Turkstat". This project aims to strengthen the IT infrastructure of Turkey Statistics Institute. In this period, our work continues seamlessly with the collaboration of Turkstat team.
