At the 100-year anniversary of REPUBLIC of TURKIYE, KMO Information Systems is proudly celebrating its 30th year.

Personalized Spine Treatment Planning System (P-STP) Project has been initiated on December 2022 and conceptual design studies are ongoing. In the course of improving the spinal surgery services, P-STP project aims to create new methods and approaches based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology for spine treatment planning.

New KKS has been live since January 2021 and the numbers show that it is being actively used by the industry. Chemical Safety Assessment and Reporting System (KGDRS) can be used as integrated with KKS. As of June 2022, the number of industry users of the system has exceeded 2880. In addition, the number of substance submissions made by 535 different companies is over 6200. Registration dossier submissions are over 250.

The Chemical Data Query (KİMVES) System, which is an inventory of querying chemical data on Classification and Labelling, has been deployed and available to the public access since May 2022. This application was developed within the scope of the REACH-CSA Project.

Within the scope of the REACH2 Project, informative public ad videos were prepared on the topics of Safe Use of Chemicals and Chemical Safety Report, with the aim of raising the awareness of Stakeholders and Decision Makers. Public ad videos were presented at project dissemination seminars.

The results of the "Informatics 500 - FIRST FIVE Hundred Informatics COMPANIES", which was held for the 22nd time this year and has great prestige for the IT Sector, were announced to the public with the award ceremony on September 8, 2021, and the companies that were entitled to the award were rewarded. Informatics 500 research, which reveals the performance of the IT sector in Turkey and has been defined as the primary guide for both private sector, public and foreign investors for years, has again revealed the 'best' with its 2020 sales results. The companies that take their place in the rankings within the scope of a wide range of categories are of great importance for Turkey's informatics potential.

Closing Seminar of "Technical Assistance to Conduct Chemical Safety Assessment under the scope of REACH Regulation" Project was successfully held on October 26, 2021 at Point Hotel Ankara. Project Outputs and Results, Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Implementation of By-law on Registration, Evaluation and Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals and Chemical Registration System, Evaluation of Project Software Applications, Evaluation of Project Trainings, Purpose and Use of Chemical Safety Evaluation and Reporting Tool were included in the seminar.

Within the scope of the project "Technical Assistance to Conduct Chemical Safety Assessment under the scope of REACH Regulation", Dissemination Seminars were successfully held at İzmir Kordon Hotel Pasaport on 14 October 2021 and at Istanbul Dedeman Hotel on 15 October 2021. The seminar which was held in Istanbul was also broadcast live on the REACH-KKDIK YouTube channel.

Exposure Scenarios Training within the scope of “Technical Assistance for Conducting Chemical Safety Assessments within the Scope of REACH Regulation” project 1.4 Organization of Training Programs was held online between 29 March-1 April 2021 using ZOOM Webinar. This training content was carried out to cover the life cycle of a substance, operational conditions and risk management measures, basic/advanced worker, environmental and basic/advanced consumer exposure, using improved ERC's (SpERC's). Representatives from various industrial institutions and organizations such as the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the General Directorate of Environmental Management, TKSD, KIPLAS and BOSAD also attended.

Environmental Risk Assessment Training within the scope of “Technical Assistance for Conducting Chemical Safety Assessments within the Scope of REACH Regulation” project 1.4 Organization of Training Programs was held online using ZOOM Webinar between 22-25 February 2021.In this four-day training, it is aimed to cover the issues related to human health risk assessment.
