Announcement - Change of Title 22 August 2014

Our company, which was titled as “KMO Bilgi Sistemleri Müşavirlik Tic. ve San. Ltd. Şti.”, will continue to operate under the title of “KMO Bilgi Sistemleri Müşavirlik A.Ş.” as of the date of registration in the trade register 30th of April 2014. Our company founded by means of the type change and the continuation of the same legal entity according to the 152th article of Turkish Trade Act and this issue has been announced at the Trade Registry Gazette dated 5th May 2014 and number 8562.
