One of the two founding partner of KMO. She is responsible for the business development and works in the fields of; project and program management, consulting services for ICT systems implementation, ICT organizations management and strategies, quality management and audit, ICT related risk management primarily in international donor funded projects.
She has over 20 years of experience in ICT sector. She has extensive technical expertise in system implementation life cycle including; project management, requirements analysis-modelling and design, database design, system development, establishment and monitoring of software standards, team management, verification and validation (IV&V), acceptance, quality assurance, system audit and documentation. Since 1993, she has been leading numerous technical training and workshops, primarily on information technologies, methodologies and database administration (to KMO's customer base and also at Oracle education centre). Having 13 years of experience in donor funded (WB & EU) projects on international scale; she has acted as senior consultant or project manager. Before founding KMO, she worked as senior IT consultant in Deloitte Consulting Corp. and has been involved in World Bank funded projects.
Mrs. Kocamustafaoğulları holds a BSc of Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Turkey. She has completed high school in Ohio, USA. She is OCP-Oracle 10g Certified Professional and Associate, certificate in information security, UML object oriented software development and web based software development.
