One of the two founding partner of KMO. He is in charge of corporate level strategic management, contract management, business development and co-ordination. He works in project and program management primarily in international donor funded projects.
He has over 20 years professional experience in ICT sector, with extensive and in depth experience in project management, risk management, contract management, and provided senior consulting services in international scale donor funded projects, to public authorities and private institutions. He is also founder of KMO-AIMS project management and project implementation methodology. He has provided numerous seminars and training on project management, methodologies and standards. He also provided senior consulting and technical services on business process management and re-engineering, corporate strategies, management of ICT and MIS projects, needs assessment, system modelling and design, system implementation and sustainability, visible technical documentation, quality assurance and audit.
Mr. Kocamustafaoğulları has high level experience and academic studies on project management, project organisation, implementation monitoring and auditing. He also has a profound experience on preparation of technical specifications, ToR and assistance on procurement, tendering process and evaluation of offers with his solid knowledge on PRAG Rules and applications.
Before founding KMO, Mr. Kocamustafaoğulları worked as a freelance ICT consultant and has accomplished several ICT projects as project manager / chief system designer. He had started his professional life as IT Department Manager of TÜSTAŞ, Türk Sınai Tesisler A.Ş.
Mr. Kocamustafaoğulları holds MSc and BSc of Computer Engineering and MBA from Middle East Technical University, Turkey.
